Berks Jazz Jam is a monthly opportunity for students to play jazz in a live setting, while honing their improvisation skills in a supportive environment.

The Jazz Jam is planning on "going mobile".  Yes - we'd like to bring the Jazz Jam to your school !  

This is your chance to perform with the pros and get valuable advice on things like:

• Improvising
• Playing different musical styles
• Performing as a unit
• Listening to each other
• Listening to recordings
• Reading chord symbols
• Keeping track of your place in a song
  ...and many more aspects of being a jazz musician.

The Jazz Jam also has a growing library of books, CDs and DVDs that you can borrow!
