Berks Jazz Jam is a monthly opportunity for students to play jazz in a live setting, while honing their improvisation skills in a supportive environment.

Miller Center Center for the Arts/RACC Campus

6:00 p.m.: Jazz education film
7:00 p.m.: Jam session
Guest artists: Larry McKenna Quartet
This is your chance to perform with the pros and get valuable advice on things like:
- Improvising
- Playing different musical styles
- Performing as a unit
- Listening to each other
- Listening to recordings
- Reading chord symbols
- Keeping track of your place in a song
...and many more aspects of being a jazz musician.
